New Zealand did Well in the Commonwealth Games because they had the fewest population amongst the other top twelve. But If you divide the people by the number of medals New Zealand is at the top. If you divide england by the number of medal they are at 7th place. But england still had the most medal.

It is really nice to see that you are very interested in the Commonwealth Games. Even though you are interested with the Commonwealth Games, are you also interested in the athletes that play? I'm not quite sure that you understood the point of the medal count (vs) population. But it's already good to try, right. :) Always remember to check your work, aye.
